Thick, Massive and falling, Question

Good day,

Last night, while trying to WILD, I was waiting for the sleep paralysis to kick in.
After a few minutes, my arms and hands start feeling thick, blown and Massive.
Its quiet uncomfterble, tho I dont so much mind the thick feeling.
Its that my mind starts tumbling down a black hole, Falling, Just my mind.
I had this before when i was just a kid, i turned my bed around and now slept
with my head in the position where my feet used to be.
I started getting the same thing. i always move, open my eyes before my mind fell to deep.
Could it be that this is sleep paralysis and that i misinterpreted my first few alsmost WILD's?
Seeing as im just a newbie.

Well, when WILDing most people feel a tug or some sort of pull after they experience SP- this tug 'pulls them in' to the dream world. As far as the bloated arms I would guess that this is either-
A. Your arms feel heavier because they are getting paralyzed.
B. You are half dreaming and experiencing weird, dreamlike things.

It sounds to me like you came pretty close to WILDing. Keep going at it!
