I'm finding that i can't go to bed if i am thinking about waking up and recording my dreams.
if anyone has info on how i can get around this i would appeicate it. :?

well take a hot shower, relax urself there, then drink chamomile, then go to bed and just try not to think about recording ur dreams just relax :)
As the elf mentioned, just relax. When I first came here and learned about LDing, I was often too excited and had trouble getting to sleep. Just tell yourself that you'll record your dreams when you wake up, and then just leave it at that. It's when you wake up that you need to remember. Just keep a journal and pen by your bed so you can grab it quickly before the dream leaves you. If you have any questions on journaling your dreams, I can tell you what I personally do. :)
