Lucid Dreaming Kit

I was just researching lucid dreaming on the internet when I saw this product called the Lucid dreaming kit. It sounded really good but I didn't know if I should invest as there have been many other rip offs (such as Lucidology 102 which I bought and regreted) . Basically, have any of you guys tried it and if so is it effective?

All you need is some paper, a pen, will, and patience. I wouldn't recommend this lucid dreaming kit, and the vast majority of the types of products are scams, like Vitamin b pills sold at 5 times the price. Try traditional methods for about a year. If you don't become lucid within a year of practicing, I'd recommend you check out lucid aids.

Yea, I'd say stick to the information on DV, it is enough. Like whoever said, most things are scams or don't work anyway. But check out Lucid Aids if you want to experiment for fun, as most of the stuff there is free. Don't expect too mush from anything that is supposed to get you lucid more oftan than you can get yourself normaly; you will be dissapointed.
