I can't do a password reset for my other account (Kanano)

I don't remember my last accounts password (Kanano) and it's not doing the password reset thing. I've done the whole part where it says "Forgotten your password? Click here!" and then you give it your email and it and it sends you a password reset email. I clicked the link it gave me, and it told it would email me my password.



Well, I've done that three times and it still hasn't emailed me my new password, and it's been a few hours already. I'm not asking for my password to be blatantly told to me, because I know you guys have no real way of knowing I'm Kanano, I just want some suggestions on how to deal with this. :(

Is there any way I can contact a moderator or staff member here? I seem to remember doing that before. Can anyone give me a link or anything?

Yea, ClouD or Man of Steel are more likely to get back to you. TheDishwasher will probably not.

And by the way, you will be temporarily banned for creating an alt account I'm afraid. I think a week is the time of ban for that.

There are stipulations to every incident, and it's ultimately left up to the staff member, whether or not something needs to be enforced. I don't believe that this is a situation where the member was making the alt carelessly, and he is trying to contact someone immediately to get the problem resolved. I don't believe he should be banned for that.

I will send a PM to Admin, though, and see if they can fix the problem. Someone will contact you soon, David.
