Well...for me last night, all my interest in lucid dreaming sort of carried over into my dream. I was an actor in a musical entitled "Lucid" in my dream. Hah, was kicking myself after I woke up for not realising and going lucid.

I was just wondering, where do you get those binaural beats? They sound like they're very useful.

EDIT: Daniel, just read your post on your WILD experience. You were soo close. I've got quite far in but not as successful as you, well done.

I experience those twitches too sometimes, just before a pretty big itch somewhere on my body. It's like a quick jolt of electricity in your foot or something, probably the body checking your state of consciousness.

Can't wait to try again tonight, all the best with you guys as well.
Hey Guys seems to getting easier the more you do it, last night went to bed quite late, went through the usual procedures and entered into a dream.

This again was very interesting i was looking at a car it was a left hand drive normal in the front then it changed color in ablink of an eye....

I opened the back door then BINGO it had a steering wheel, dashboard etc in the rear drivers side thats WHEN I REALIZED IT WAS A DREAM

I kept calm as new I was dreaming then so in that frame of the dream I had 2 DS

I continued to followed the dream through to see what would occur and to my amazement the car (this don't sound real but it's true) could fly...

we took off in it (it did not have wings) (how can it fly you need wings to generate lift) flew for a bit then landed it on a runway I could see the runway as we approached

in that dream alone was several of my DS and opportunity to carry out At least 3 RC's

It appears to me that the more RC we carry out the more this becomes apparent in our dreams and I believe its logged in our sub conscious minds

DZ here is the Link for the Binaural Beats, have a read up on it as it is very interesting, best to listen in headphones as you get the maximum affect the theta wave is the best i have found for relaxing

Good luck M8 let me know how you find It

Thanks, and I had my first lucid dream this morning.

Had a false awakening where I was lying in my bed, and there was a phone screen in front of me where I was controlling what was going on in there. Must have realized I was dreaming. Forgot to reality check but for some reason I stabilized the dream by rubbing my hands together (which worked, awesome).

I realized that I could move (outside of the screen, and in bedroom) and was about to, then BAM, a really convincing false awakening yet again, and then I wake up.

This was all during the morning when I slept in.

Congrats you guys on both LD'ing.

I worked SO hard last night to LD that I think I overdid it and never made it. I recall only one short dream, but I was pretty upset so I didn't even bother to write it down.

I probably went into SP about 5 times total. But alas, no dream that I could WILD into.

I'll keep trying, I wanted to try this on my own before bringing in external factors.

The main reason this morning why I couldn't WILD was because the light from the window was coming in and all I could see was white on the back of my eyelids.

I'm going to get a mask today and pick up some other suggestions from the forums.

      BTW,

How vivid are your dreams when you have LD'd. Does it really feel like you are there, not just a basic non-LD?

Hey AD oh yes very very vivid in fact the vividness seem to have improved as you become more aware in your dreams i.e. the detail, colour, and objects become more proportionate.Yes your there alright and you know it when you get to that point is when lucidity begins.the clues that give it away are that thing are quite not right i.e. I was driving a car in one dream and some one pulled straight-out in front of me and hit me.... well my car was like rubber....nothing smashed eg glass metal, no noise of the impact, it was rather strange but all i can describe it as is the car was like rubber....that was the big clue that brought me to lucidity the fact cars don't bend like rubber when they are hit....not in real life anyway!! Bingo I then knew I was dreaming good luck AD :-)

Hey how it going Guys...Well for me it was another lucid dream very tangible seem to be regular... it was boats this time moving without water lol sounds mad!!

But I thing I am discovering in lucid dreaming is that anything goes anything can happen.....once again depends on how much imagination we take in to the Dream world

How’s it going with you guys let me know?

      Hi Big Dreams,

I'm taking a break from trying anything after trying for way too long to WILD on Saturday morning. It was frustrating. But I felt I was trying too hard, so I needed a break. I will probably try again tonight, I might even attempt to set up a timer to wake me up and then try WBTB.

Awesome thanks, making good progress. Have some time off for Christmas so plenty of good opportunities to practice having lucid dreams.

So what technique is working the best for you? Good to hear that you're having great success.

Hey DZ really glad its going well for you and yes i am having regular lucids now I'd say the MILD is working best for me as now once i am dreaming I am becoming aware of it and can start to minipulate my dreams

one time I woak up half and half that was really strange as i was still part dreaming and part awake its was like having duel view as the dream overlaped reality

      Have A great Christmas
