Yea, like I always suggest to newbies, try MILD/DILD first. But you should read as many tutorials as possible to find the one right for you.

:welcome: to Dreamviews. IF you stick around here, I'll bet that your lucid ability will skyrocket. When I joined DV, I had had one lucid dream in a year, now I"m closing in on 200 in three years. :D Feel free to ask questions and definately look at our tutorials.
