Where have you been all my life?
Hello all!
Well, I've never been very good at introductions, so I'll start with the basics, shall I? My name is Katie, I'm 18 years old and live in the US (Massachusetts, specifically), enjoy theatre, music, writing, tree-climbing, and expanding my spiritual horizons, and am really excited about joining a new forum and getting to know new people with similar interests to me!
I'll say right off that I don't know a whole heck of a lot about lucid dreaming. I know that I've done it before without really understanding the concept, and that it is something I would like to experience more often and develop a lot more knowledge about. I recently watched the movie "Waking Life" (twice in the matter of a week, actually) and that's when I learned what a lucid dream actually was. The few I can recall (I'm looking to get better at recall as well) have been very brief and usually involve sex and drugs and little substance, and I'd really like to be able to expand on that. I hope you all can and are willing to help me!
That's me in a nutshell - feel free to ask me anything. I'm very open and honest, especially online, and I'm really hoping to get a more positive experience out of this forum than some of the others I've been on.
