are you trying to do this right when you go to bed, in the middle of the night, or during a nap?
if its right before bed, i think i read somewhere that if you stay in the dark for about a half hour, it should go away, same for napping i think, although you shouldn't do WILD before you go to bed unless it works for you.
im not very knowledgeable with WILD so dont anyone crucify me if im wrong. hope this helps!:)
i am doing this before bed, because I'm still in the process of finding a proper alarm for CANWILD by CrazyInSane. I am more or less trying to get use to the effects of sleep paralysis more then anything, LD is more a bonus right now, not my main goal. Just was curious about it. Thanks a lot for replying, guess ill have to WBTB instead.
oh, well if you're just going for the sp, then it probably doesn't matter when. i only suggested a WBTB because when you go to bed, the thoughts of that day are in your head, and its hard to concentrate for some people. when you do a WBTB, your head is much clearer. and yea im at the same position you are, i still barely get sp, let alone an ld.
I hear that the eye thing is really very common. If you're looking to induce SP, then all I could recommend is to hold as still as possible and do your best to ignore it. You could always go with a sleep mask or perfectly dark room, too. Comfort, though, is also a priority. So, if it's absolutely unbearable, go ahead and move a bit. If your best efforts at ignoring the issue fail, go ahead and move. :)
mmk thanks heaps for the replies, i feel sound in my knowledge on the subject. Will try to reduce room light as much as possible and not be in light the 30 minutes prior to sleep
Thanks again both of you
:boogie:
Have you tried not fight against it? see where it takes you? maybe you could WILD with your eyes open!! just a thought :)
