New to this,
So I've been lucid dreaming ever since i remember and i really thought everyone could do it, like its a normal every day dream thing. But its only been a problem recently, i'm becoming more and more aware that I am dreaming when i sleep and I always always wake up at 4 or 5 now.
Any experiances, tips that they could share that could help me sleep through the nights?

Instead, maybe try using that you wake up. I, like you, wake up 100% of the time around 4am for a few minutes. Go to the tutorial section and check out WBTB. If you get up and go to the bathroom and think about lucid dreaming, it'll be on your mind and you'll have a better chance of inducing a lucid dream. :D The tutorials are linked to below.

I wake up always at exactly 5:11AM.
I use it to my advantage. I just DEILD or WBTB.
