hey i tried using a technique from King Yoshi, and i think it worked a little bit. I was relaxing, counting my breathes slowly, and all of a sudden my pulse started getting faster, but my breathing was the same. Then my eyes started rolling kinda fast, then i saw images fly past my eyes, while they were shut mind you, and then i woke up. ??? help me??
You are on your way! The best thing you can do is try it again.
Sounds Like HH to me...and a lot of people report issues with having their eyes "twitch." Also, every time you think you've failed a WILD, go ahead and do a reality check or two...FA's are the leading cause of lucidity.
You seem to be overly worried about the physical sensations of "sleep paralysis."
Remember, the goal is to have a dream. The goal is NOT to have sleep paralysis.
You do not have to enter sleep paralysis before entering a dream.
im not worried about anything really its just that it was my first time and it was kinda startling that it actually happened lol. well thanks guys :)
hey everybody, last night i had a weird dream. It was surprisingly long. Heres what happened: My uncle and aunt came to visit me in some kind of camp/RV site that ive never seen before. My friend and My kinda friend (lol) were there. There was garbage all over the ground and my kinda friend said " i would rather pick up trash then hang out with him" (me). lol after that i dont remember anything else. It seems that after the first time i used dream recall i have been remembering my dreams. lol

Hey guys. just a simple (or seemingly simple) question. How do you lucid dream. Practice practice practice or is there some technique? I would very apprectiate the answer if someone answers lol.
umm lol quick question i forgot what HH is. I think there is hallucionation in it lol
hypnagogic hallucinations. Sounds, sights, sometimes smells, etc, that accompany the later stages of sleep paralysis.
Or hypnapompic hallucinations (hypnagogic is while going to sleep, hypnapompic is while waking up). But most people don't bother to distinguish between the two.
