Hey, I don't really need to tell you i am new here you probably already know that.
I just wanna start off by telling you my experience with Lucid dreaming.
i first found out about it maybe last year around easter but never really got into later on in that year before November i started to do it.
at first i didn't know what to do so i found someone on youtube that talked about it a lot.
and he recommended a book called "Exploring the world of lucid dreaming" so at the start of November i started reading it and kept a dream journal online.
After a week i remember about maybe 8ish dreams i felt on top of the world!
around November 18th i had a dream that was so vivid and alive that I knew I was dreaming but I never became lucid it was beautiful if was fall time and I was in a forest. i was a secret agent or in the military...
i'll post my full thoughts on that later what i really want to say is around there I got into some drama in life and started to forget about lucid dreaming for 2 months i didn't touch my book and forgot about my online journal...
Sad i know but i am now coming back to lucid dreaming and i am more pumped then ever!

I'd be careful about YouTube videos if I were you, since some of them are total bs misinformed. You mentioned that he recommended EWOLD, though, I'm inclined to say that the one you watched is good. Just something to be aware of.
