Welcome. Do you use any type of technique to achieve lucidity, or does it just happen for you?

It just happens. I was having them when I first became aware of dreaming at all. How old are people when they first start knowing they have dreams? Three or four? That's when I started having them.Quote:

It rarely happens though during normal night sleep.
Many years ago I bought a Nova Dreamer from the Lucidity Institute to see if that would increase the amount of lucid dreams I had during normal sleeping hours. It worked. But it was hard to fall asleep with it on.
