hello dream people!

I'm charmed09 and i'm doing an English project on lucid dreaming. I have just started trying to lucid dream and was just wandering how long it takes before you become lucid more or less every time. I have just started keeping a dream diary. :boogie:

Regarding your question on lucid dreaming and how long it takes. Every person learns and achieves lucid dreams at different speeds. Some people get one in a day, some people get one in a year. It all depends on the person, and how much work and devotion they put into it.

I've never known of anyone who had a lucid dream every dream, so I would lower my expectations to maybe once a week once you start having them.

It's just too difficult to schedule your life in a way that you can have them constantly, especially if you find you only have them during naps, or after getting up in the middle of the night for an hour and going back to bed. I mean, seriously, who wants to do that every night?
