Weird Experience
(first post on here w00t)
I've been trying to achieve a lucid dream for a while (WILD method), and have come really close, but never (purposefully) had a lucid dream. The other night, I forgot that I had set my alarm, and woke up after six hours of sleep. I muddled around a bit on the computer, and then went back to bed. While I was in bed, I started "daydreaming", when all of a sudden i felt this weird feeling across my whole body. I tried to turn over but... I couldn't move X_X. Not realizing that it was sleep paralysis, I got completely freaked out, and managed eventually to sit up, fearful that I had something horribly wrong with me, and then realizing that I was just about to have a lucid dream :embarrassed:
Anyways, just thought I'd share this really weird occurrence on here. I'm going to try the same thing (waking up after a while) tonight, and I'll post if it works.

Awesome. I remember when i had my first wild; it felt like i got stuck by lightning, then all of a sudden i was in my dream world completely lucid. That's an experience i will never forget.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that it wasn't just sleep paralysis. I really didn't *want* to move, and it took a lot of willpower just to tell myself to move my arm. I'm also kinda disappointed that I was so close without realizing it at the time :P
