Just to say hi

thought i'd take a moment to introduce myself, whilst struggling through a friday afternoon at work after new year partying!

i'm 25, working in an office and saving hard to complete as many diving licenses as it takes to become an instructor. other hobbies inc writing, drawing and music (making of and progressing to mixing)

i must have only had a couple of ld's, although i dream frequently and tend to remember an awful lot, including very fine details.

i've been trying the reality checks and also something that was taught to me by my boyfriend (after reading don juan) which involves trying to look at your hands whilst dreaming.

i've only managed this a couple of times, but heres a question..... when dreaming has anyone ever looked in a mirror and seen their own reflection?

looking in a mirror while dreaming can result in some unusual experiences....

Im scared of the mirrors in my dreams. I read about somone else's experience with it and........I do not wish to experience that either.

Up until a couple of weeks ago my reflection in a mirror whilst dreaming used to frighten me quite badly. In dreams (and OBE's), it used to be case of crawling to the mirror and seeing my reflection badly distorted, hazy and with myself looking extremely fearful.

The other morning, I awoke, remembering that I had been looking in a handheld mirror, standing up and saying to my friend 'look! look at this!" My reflection this time was so clear, with my biggest smile - looking amazingly happy. I don't think I need to explain any further....just that in the last year I've been undergoing some soul searching and acceptance of myself.

Mirrors are fun!

I like trying to alter my appearance while looking into mirrors!

I once hada normal dream where i saw into a mirror and it was like any other mirror. except... The part where i was was all distorted.. if you've ever seen The Ring, you know what im talking about ^_^

ooh, one of my favourite movies.

Heh. I'd like to step trough a mirror and see whats there in mirror-land...
(and then wake up to find that i've entered A PARRELEL DIMENSION IN MY DREAM AND ARE NOW STUCK IN IT IN WAKING LIFE!!!)
