I will go to sleep at 10-11 pm as I usually do but the difference is I will RC every now/ then wake up/go sleep and chant mantra and tell my head to give me a dreamsign 1 will suffice, I dont need to chant all the way since I dont ever realize when i go asleep but ill try and yeah these things you cant explain. SO I'll do that and if I wake up.... ill look at my watch and see how many hours have passed I I must first Confirm what time my REM cycle is ... so please I go to bed at 10-11 pm and i wake up around 7 am and eat before I go to school, so can you guys please tell me when my REM is? and should I fall into that time I will go DEILD and hope it goes like a breeze I will also do WBTB this way depending on what happens I may even WILD Can someone tell me in what situation I should use the 3 and recommendation for using which and when or not using which? and what does it mean to take WILD during afternoon break? To do it at noon? or after a nap during noon on to next topic after I RC for a while and ill eventually get LC right? I just started rRCing and getting into this like 6pm yesterday ... so no need for me to try to sleep in class or go to bed early or anything? Kthanks Ill get it eventually right? I hope.... im convincing myself but I still believe. BONUS.... but does REM only happen during night time? OR is it just a phase of sleep... but then that would kill the logic since sleep usually happens during night time... but then how come you can WILD during noon.. and i know ill prolly have to find this out later and chances of it gettign answered are slim.... but ill still go with it..... CAN YOU SP at will? just stay still...... no need for going to sleep, wake up , your body is tired or even the need to be in a REM period... or are those things required for your body to go off automatically and your body wont sleep and allow you to be conscious in any other circumstances?
