Hello everyone.
I've just joined this forum after a couple of weeks of reading endlessly about lucidity, and many unsuccessful attempts at it. The last two nights, however, I've became aware of my dreamstate, although I panicked and awakened quickly. Still, it is very encouraging, and I hope participation on these forums will spur more lucid experiences.
So, in short, thanks for having me, I'll try not to be a pest. :-P

Just curious, why did you panic? Or do you just mean that you got excited?

Cthulhu is an Elder God from the works of H.P. Lovecraft, a favorite author of mine. I chose the name for this forum because according to the Cthulhu Mythos, Cthulhu waits dreaming in his home in the darkest depths of a sunken ruin somewhere in the ocean.

Thanks for the info Cthulhu. (Damn, I need to practice spelling that w/o looking.) Anyway, I love Poe, so I think I minght check out H.P. Lovecraft. That name actually sounds familiar to me. But I might be thinking of H.R. Huff-and-Stuff.
