Gotta keep tryn
I remember it being soooo much Easyer when I was 1st introduced to the concept of LD's (after reading one of carlos castanedas books). I guess it was the initial excitment... At my peak about a year and a half ago I became Lucid and attempted a technique I had hurd about to charge your dream body.... Long story short IT WORKED ! however the excitement from my success woke me up :(
Life ended up takin some turns and now that I'm back, it's sooo difficult to get my dream recall back.... I red on one of the posts (I think by mario?) that even moving right after u wake up makes u forget some of ur dream experience. I havnt exactly fought myself redhanded but I have a feeling that that's what I'm doing (movin around soon as I wake up).
Weather or not if moving around is the cause of my failed attempts at dream recall, does n e body have n e suggestions ?
I have about 4 well detailed dreams from before so I just want like 4-5 more lucid experinces so that I can start pickin out ms dream signs and start memorizing them .....
N e way, thanks in advance for even taking the time to read this,
Yall have yourselves some intersting/enlighting dreams
Peace. Origin

Yes, moving around alot right after waking up can cause you to forget some details from your dream. So can being startled awake, performing a task right after waking (talking on the phone, etc.), and many other things. I would suggest recapping your dreams as soon as you wake up and try not to move around to much. I wake up, think about and recall my dream in my mind, and then immediately write it down in a notebook. If you want a more effective way, you can set alarms throughout the night for every few hours. This will allow to write down your dreams right after you have had them. This way they will still be fresh in your memory. If you wait until the morning to recall all your dreams, you will most likely only remember the most recent one in detail.
