I love to dream and so I have chosen 'dreaming' as my choice of topic for my french speech in class. I am going to talk about lucid dreaming as well but I need help in what else I should talk about the topic of dreams. Any help would be awesome! :bowdown:
I choose dreaming as the topic for one of my Spanish speeches. At that point in our education, we hadn't really dug into the language. So I simply described some dreams that I had had.
You should mention dream journals. I never would have thought to keep one if I hadn't heard of it when I stumbled across Lucid Dreaming.
Why do we dream
Do you belive dreams neccesarily mean anything or is it just a filler for the mind every night ?
What is rem sleep
Sleeping disorders
How long can you survive without sleep
Sleep paralysis
lucid dreaming.
and a fun fact, a girrafe only sleeps 30 minutes a night. :banana:
