I don't understand your question. WILDs are best for naps because naps are almost entirely REM.
Sorry.... I don't know why I THOUGHT that I typed in asking if reverse-blinking was adverse.... since you're blinking just to get yourself tired .... :banana:Quote:

Opening your eyes while trying to sleep. or at least for a short while.. for no reason, there's no need to do it aside from minor reasons to induce a WILD, as far as I'm concerned you could be wearing down your eyes faster by doing this.
