Not so new newbie …

Hi there , Such an exciting forum don’t know where to start so I decided to go for a newbie zone.

Actually I am not so new to DV and LDing . I am LDing for about 2 years or so. I became a member of DV’s in last month. (I have lurking on this forum for an year or so but never became member until last month :lol:) .I visit DV daily (since last year) Whenever i had some problem regarding LDing I came to DV and bang!!! without even starting a thread I got my solution.

I thought this way I would never become a part of DV..?

So I finally decided to became a member of DV and here I am…

My LD Stats

DILDs = 30+
WILDs = 0


From the last month or so I am continuously trying to WILD.I have tried various techniques available at here but no success.…:crying:

Either I can’t sleep or I slip into unconscious sleep:zzz:.. :P

Please suggest me the simplest method to WILD that might be helpful for me.

But anyhow the idea is to make your body fall asleep while maintaining consciousness, let your thought flow.. because if you think at serious levels.. no way your body will fall asleep, let your thought flows concentrate on sounds or something of the sort. it will take time and eventually your body will check if the mind falls asleep yet, urge to turn, if you resist it, it is excruciating lol, eventually you'll have SP and then watch the HI and you'll dream dont be afraid of the weird sensations though good luck

This will take some time.. dont think of time.. just lay there// and dont move lol

You can also find variance of the wild by members in that forum, dont take it to heart, chances are other's method might not work for you... for me they dont so I tweak here and there.

All the tuts are ineffective.

I have read the tuts and also tried various methods every single day from last month but nothing is working for me...

There's some thing i can't get right while WILDing , i don't know what it is but its keeping me back..

Since there are a few ways to WILD, maybe you could explain how you are doing it currently. What works best for me is doing it with a WBTB.

I also try WILD with a WBTB ..

SO far i have tried the simple counting method , kingYoshi's method and 2 more...but not success

Can you suggest me an easiest method to WILD ?
