I have been trying to go lucid for the past month, But i keep failing.
I don't have the time to have a WILD
And i don't dream at night most on the time. so that makes it hard to become aware.
Thanks,
Bijan.

Start small, work your way up. WILD is considered an advanced method.
You need to start remembering your dreams first. If you can't remember your dreams, even WILD won't do you much good as you'll forget it all anyway.
Start by keeping a dream journal. Whenever you remember anything all all from a dream, colours, tastes, smells, sensations, people, objects, animals, things, a situation, a concept, something that happened etc. When you remember anything at all, whether its segments, bits and pieces or the whole thing, write it down.
This will increase your dream recall. Once you're remembering a dream a night, you're ready to move on.
Have you done the basics?
Dream Journaling: This is one of the most pivotal things in increasing dream recall. Yes, you do dream every night, but usually you don't remember them. I know my recall used to be epic but I drifted away from LD'ing for a while and it went to crap. But if you take the time to write down your dreams, it'll actually help in improving your recall, since it acts as a motivator and reminder.
Positive Affirmations: If your recall needs improvement, then I suggest that when you head to sleep you repeat this phrase to yourself: "I will wake up and completely remember my dreams", or something along the lines of that. Just keep saying that until you're sufficiently drowsy or fall asleep. That way, it'll be fresh in your mind when you do go to sleep and it will improve your chances.
Reality Checks: Throughout the day, be sure to take a moment and ask yourself sincerely, "Am I dreaming?" and do a couple tests to make sure it's reality. A couple include trying to whistle, looking at your hands to make sure you have the proper amount of fingers, looking at text and then looking at it again to see if it's changed, try to push your finger through your other hand's palm... so on and so forth. Also, try to analyze your surroundings and be more sensitive to your senses. In case of a dream, that will make it more life-like and stable.
There are several techniques that don't require WILDing. MILD is where you repeat to yourself, "I will be lucid" and visualize yourself doing an in-dream reality check until you fall asleep. I'm sure there are others but they escape me at the moment.
Read the tutorials, the link to them is in my signature. And if you have any questions, look for someone with a green name and send them a PM. They should be able to help. (Like the dude above, who posted at the exact same time as me!!!) Or you can ask me. ^.^ I'm no high-ranking member but I'm knowledgable enough. I think.
Thanks for the advice guys, So i DO have dreams i just dont remember them?
Indeed you do. And although they occur more commonly during the period of sleep called REM, technically they can happen anytime during sleep. But they're not quite as vivid outside of REM.
Im going to try to get lucid tonight
I will be using this mp3 to help

I suggest you listen to this mp3 during WBTB method.
Well anyways, good luck LDing! :)
I had one dream last night! But i decidded i would wright it down in the morning, And now i forgot it :(
It will always be like that, I think. During my first few days, I had my alarm clock set off every 90 minute-intervals, for me to recall my dreams and list it down on my DJ. It's tiresome sometimes, but it'll help your dream recall :)
Sadly i just don t have the determination to wake up every 90 mins
Im going to try another FILD tonight if i wake up
Good luck then. Just don't lose "determination" on LDing :)
No lucidity lastnight, But i had 2 recalls :)
That's a progress. Keep it up! :)
