Hullo
Hey there people, thought I'd saunder by and join the great community you seem to have here. I've always been fascinated by dreams of all sorts and their interpretations, etc, especially lucid dreams. Unfortunately as of late it seems I've barely been able to really remember my dreams, which sucks, I used to love pondering my dreams.. I'm sure I'll be able to reawaken it (or simply find a way to remember them better / come out of sleep easier) soon and I'd be quite interested in achieving some lucid dreams =]
So yeah, hai guys =]

Heyhey! Nice to have you in the community! The very best way to remember more dreams is to keep a journal of your dreams. The very act of writing down anything and everything you remember is enough to make to consciously remember more of your dreams- it attaches greater significance to them. After a short while, you can go through your previous entries and pick out elements which are common to your dreams (but not common to real life) and identify these as "dream signs". You'll soon be able to recognise these in your dreams and figure out what's going on! That's called a DILD (Dream-Induced Lucid Dream).
