If you are getting anxious or hyped from the expectation of Sleep Paralysis - as far as I can decipher - if indeed that is your problem, you can try to desensitise (best word I can think of to describe the concept) yourself to the actual experience of sleep paralysis by repeatedly going to the brink of entering SP, and breaking it with a short motion, clench your fist a number of times, rubbing the palms of your hands with your fingers, cross and uncross your legs et cetera. to reset your sleep paralysis a number of times without having to go through the entire process of relaxing, with a bit of persistence you may be able to calm this "rush" you are experiencing. If I have mistaken your original question I apologise and that there may be another better suited to your question than I.
Even if I did not answer your question, I found familiarising myself with the process of sleep paralysis helped my WILDing to an extent, and this may or may not be something that aids you immediately, or immensely; otherwise, good luck
