Lucid Dreaming a continued theme and man never met
Hi To all I just wanted to know if anyone has had a lucid dream more than once that continued within the same place and with a same person that you have never met. I Lucid dream a lot! I suffer from sleep apnea and attribute this condition to my lucid dreaming by waking me up in my dreams. Two lucid dreams that has had me stumped is one I had back in 1982 and recently this month. Both lucid dreams were at the same city, with the same person, a man I have never seen and the same subject. In the first lucid dream I won't go into details because I could write a lot on what I saw since it was so clear both times. The first dream back in 1982 the dream started out with me swimming in a pool in a city that had dark thick clouds over casting the city. Only in horizon could you see light from the sun. At once I became aware that I was dreaming because I was swimming. Swimming is something don't know how to do. So in the dream I questioned myself to how was I swimming and boom! I knew I was in a dream. I studied as much as I could remember. I saw these people bring me a man which was being held by others with his arms behind is back. Dark wany hair, big dark brown eyes, in around his 30's and very sad (he was being held captive). I looked at him in wonder at the detail my mind could create such a clear image. He approached me and apologized that "It" wasn't over and I had to go back. I could'nt hold the lucid state any longer because I heard too many noises from outside my home that woke me up out of the lucid state. Now this was my first long lucid dream in 1982. I had another lucid dream recently with this same man but he was being released from captivity. I couldn't hold the lucid dream as long as I did before in 1982. What concerns me is I saw him so perfectly again that I could now draw him. I feel like I know him but of course I don't. The place was the same dark overcast city as before. Only difference is he was being release from captivity. He haunts me why don't know. I am happily married, I'm not looking for anyone or anything. Great family! I am wondering do we lucid dream problems from our subconscious mind? Are lucid dreams sapposed to be analyzed like regular dreams? I can analyze my regular dreams pretty well it's just this lucid dream that I can't. I saw everything with better vision than that of my waking life. In the lucid dream this man was called Ven. I was told in the dream that he died but he wasn't dead and that is when I became lucid and saw his face again. I was felt a need to speak with this man and am haunted by this dream. There is obvious more to the dream to what I wrote it just won't all fit here. I'vd lucid dream a lot of things mostly just gliding through beautiful places and neighborhoods. Never with people and hearing them speak. Only these too dreams where the second lucid dream had a continuation twenty two years later. Thanks for reading to who ever reads it. Peace and Happiness
Have drawing if interested
Thanks for replying to my post. If you are interested in the dreams I do have drawings on them. I saw so much so clearly I just had to draw them. I got into drawing years ago to record my dreams. It was a way of keeping myself entertained while I knew and thought I couldn't play piano anymore. Long story Blah :-) Just contact me if interest. Dreamlyn :-)
