4 days and a breakthrough!!!!

You are all right, it's all about practice. After 4 days of writing down my dreams I finally had a 'sort of' lucid dream. I was talking to my friend and he began talking crazy. My mind thought, "he'd never say that, this must be a dream." Right then I was aware of dreaming and the dream paused. I tried to spin to stay with it but I was so happy I just woke up. :) Next time, (tonight I hope) I'll play it cool and make it last. :)

Wow congratulations :) I hope I have one tonight as well (like most of us here). Just remember to stay calm, then stabilize, and remember any goals.
