When you are doing reality check, like for instance the nose pinching and breathing in, do you imagine all those movements in your mind? or do you actually do movements from your real body? I'm kind of confused on the RC. And do you keep your eyes always closed? and If you reality check and it is reality are you really doing it? sorry if that was really confusing.
People do reality checks or RC's when they feel they are already inside of a dream. You do an RC just like you would in waking life and if lets say you can breathe with a pinched nose then its pretty likely that you are in a lucid dream and you will realise it and thus become lucid :)
People also do them throughout the day when they see something strange or not normal for them so they become conditioned to do this and thus again do it inside a dream and become lucid :)
