Hi, I'm new here. I used to have lucid dreams twice evey two months or so without any effort. Meaning I didn't have to do any MILD's, reality checks, REM's interuptions, etc. Then one day I had the longest lucid dream ever without doing anything and it felt great. Now I've been determined to attain lucidity nightly. I'm hoping coming on here will help me achieve that goal. :D
