Hi all dreamers

Just wanted to introduce myself quickly. My name is Patrick and im 21 years old.
I live in Denmark and I work with children who have learning difficulties and Muscular Dystrophies.

My dreaming/spiritual background is 5 years of meditation. Wich I was introduce to through Theravada buddhism. But I have put buddhism aside a only focus on the meditation part. I want to learn lucid dreaming to explore the mind.
