New to DV!
I had a non-lucid dream the other night that I decided to Google, and I stumbled on this gem of a forum. Name is Ashley, I'm almost 20, and I live in the US. I've heard of lucid dreaming before in general, but didn't read up about it; when I did, I felt really excited to start working on my dreaming skills. ;D
First I need to work on my recall, and I started doing reality tests yesterday (nose pinch). At the moment I'm overexcited and making all these grand plans for my lucid dreams, though I know baby steps first!
1.) Fly (of course)
2.) Ever play Monster Hunter? It'd be fun to gather some DC people and kill a monster with giant swords. :)
3.) I like writing, and I have novels planned out in my head. It'd be fun meeting some DCs or events that help inspire me to write.

I'm going to like you. You remind me of me. :P
Seriously though, same way I found the forum, same kind of goals and mindset. You'll do well here. :)
Welcome :welcome:

Baby steps is good, first get lucid. There are some great tutorials linked to in my signature. Reality checks and WBTB are two that I would read if I were you. Once you get lucid, you can work on flying. Flying is so worth the time to learn to LD properly, it's just awesome.
