Experienced LDer getting back in the flow

Hey Everyone,

I am just getting back into DreamView forums....I have very good recall and have Lucids from time to time when not focusing on it. When I work on it for a few weeks I get quick results.

I want to re-up on dream journal-ing and also working to get the ability to lucid at will (I understand this will take minimum one year)

Anywho...Im looking for someone who has this ability already who can kinda coach me and keep me motivated. Also, I dont have complete understanding of all the terminology and don't know this site in and out completely either.

Feel free to read some of my dream journal (I've started posting again and have had two dream recalls two night in a row with heavy lucidity signals in them after taking quite a long break from active participation) to get an idea of where im at.

Please feel free to give me a buz- ima ask some questions to make sure I find the right teacher.

How long did it take you to be able to go lucid at will? I'll have to check out your dream journal and see whats cookin in there :cheeky:

For me I know the big thing is just sticking with it for a long period of time. In the last few years i will go in spirts, and even with that I have had a lot of success...but I would really like to go the distance. I have the hunch that once I reach a certain level for the rest of my life I will hold those gains and reach lucidity with less effort. Thoughts?

Also, Aquanina had some great input for me regarding meditation during dreams, do you ever dabble with this? (sorry if that question could be answered by browsing your dream journal....il try to check it out soon)

I just got back as well, lucid dreaming is one of those things that just keeps bugging you to get back into it.....I'll see you guys around.
