Hi,
I have experienced Lucid Dreams for a long time, but they have often been short (as far as I remember) altough sometimes they were quite long.
Is it possible to have Lucid Dreams of 1 hour? And is it possible to have Lucid Dreams say 2-3 times a week?

Hello! I have the same issue with 'having short lucid dreams'. I do know that you can have MORE than 2-3 times a week. Also, normally your dreams start three hours before you wake up so it is possible to have a Lucid Dreams longer than an hour.

I've had lucid dreams that lasted a long time. Most of the time the longer ones are late morning or an afternoon nap.
Yes, I used to have 2 lucid dreams a week on average, I'm working on getting that frequency back up there.
