idoser might...work.

Last night, i didn't know if it was alcohol (a little bit, had very little. said to be with tequlia mixed with the margarita mix) or the idoser thing (''lucid dream'' one, get if free on limewire) , i tryed 15 min of it and went to sleep, i was alrdy getting to sleep while the idoser, but just turned it off and went to bed. And i woke up and didn't rember any of my dreams, but then it hit me! I started writing one of them on my ipod, then i rembered more and more, like about 5, i rember like 2 or 1 each night, or sometimes none. while i was taking a shower i rembered one, so toke it fast and went to my ipod to write it down, am gonna try the idoser thing today, and see if it was what helped me rember my dreams.

Actually, I'll bet it was the alcohol. We don't put much merit on things like idoser. Alcohol causes you not to dream, at least until you sober up, this produces a REM rebound, which can assist in lucidity.
