I drank a glass of water and apple juice before going to bed, I highly recommend doing this if you have dream recall trouble or can't remember waking up in the middle of the night. I think this fills your bladder, and your body tells you to get up and pee, even though I had no urge to get up and pee or wet the bed, haha. I had four dreams that I can all remember. I think I may have had 6, but they were foggy and I can't remember them all.
And DO reality checks in the daytime. Look at your hands and repeat some sort of line every couple hours, because I remember looking at my hands in the dream. They looked normal, just a bit blurry. I'm pretty sure I WASN'T lucid though. But the fact that I looked at my hands was pretty amazing to me, and that my reality checks I practice in the day time finally transferred over to my dreams.
I remember waking up at least twice last night after dreams, around 3AM once, and the other I didn't check the time. I wanted to try to WILD or DEILD, but I fell asleep too fast, I was very tired, and still am.
So DRINK before you go to bed, it might work for you. AND keep a dream journal, it helps with recall. I use "Dream Journal 2.5"
