Glad to have you here among us! Good luck tonight, hope it happens for ya!! Some people do get a lucid as soon as they find out about it... I was lucky and had one within a few days of finding this place. Heh... but I wont tell you about how it took me a month after that to have another one! ;-)

JUst keep reading tutorials... if you're REALLY serious, get Stephen LaBerge's Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming.

Reality checks really do work! I'd never heard of them before i found this website! It's funny cos when i do a reality check in a dream something weird, but wonderful happens and that's when i realise i'm dreaming!! for example, i tap my hand every few hours for a reality check, when i did this in dream world my hands glowed!!
What does it feel like to be lucid you ask? :) well it must be different for everyone, but depending at what level of lucidity you are at it's always pretty cool. I always try to do stuff like fly and explore. You'll know when you lucid dream is what i'm trying to say!
