Hi, I'm new here.
Ever since I was young, while falling asleep, I occasionally have quick mini dreams that are almost like nightmares. I'll fall asleep for like 10 seconds, be walking on a sidewalk, and then trip. I am then awoken and do a quick little shake. What is this?
i'm not sure but i think it is just your body wakng up or falling asleep.. do you mean like when you are like gunna be hit with something and you try and dodge or block it and you actually do the movements in real life i do that all the time usually when i wake up and go right back to sleep or just go to bed at night...
I've had these before. One day after playing too much c.o.d. while I was trying to get to sleep, I remember briefly seeing a person shoot me.
It made me open my eyes. It wasn't scary, in fact when I opened my eyes I laughed a little bit because it was so... odd! :)
Sometimes even the most random and calm dreams can wake you up with a jolt. Its perfectly natural and nothing to worry about. I had one last night
