Hello, hello. I'm not sure if this is the proper place to put this, but I'd appreciate the help.
I’m pretty much new to this “Lucid Dream” practice (mainly because I came here with a different purpose) but it reminds me of some things that have happened to me. I’m also a very optimistic person when it comes to dreams and possibilities … because I don’t know how the world works but I’m willing to learn anything if it can help anyone.
Anyways… to get anywhere with my questions, let's get started on my info.
I’m also one of those types of people that say: “Give me five more minutes” when it’s time to get up, but I really intend to sleep longer. (Since I really like my sleep. Ha, ha.) And this is a bad habit of mine since I grew up, but now that I recall freshman year of high school, there was one time that I may have been lucid dreaming (or there might be a very low chance of me astral projecting).
Scenario #1
So it’s very early in the morning and my mom wakes me up from my sleep and I tell her to give me five more minutes, and so she does. Shortly after I rest my eyes and then think to myself: …I do this every morning. I should at least do something productive today. And then I got out of bed and started getting dressed. Before I know it, I feel something shoving me and I wake up from my sleep and my mom’s telling me to get ready, while I’m freaked out and thinking that I was already dressed.
Scenario #2
Another time was a few months ago when I was going to a friend’s music gig. I was pretty stoked about the whole thing because they usually have good shows… but it was a long day so I decided to take a nap. But I wanted to give myself enough time to get to the gig, so I checked on my phone to see what time it was and to change the alarm. When I “took” the nap it was still the afternoon, but when I checked my phone it said 7:30pm. I must have dozed off real quick, so I decided to go with the dream and see what happened.
I don’t know if these are lucid dreams or not, but they still shocked me and for the time that I “thought” I was awake, everything seemed pretty normal.

On a side note, the reason I was looking up dreams was because last night I felt like I was having someone else’s dream. Specifically, my mind was telling me, “This is a dream of a dream” and I felt 100% out of character (basically, I didn’t feel like me at all and I didn’t recognize the place. Usually my dreams are in areas that I’m familiar with: i.e. Home, My Room, School, etc. Otherwise they're bizarre places. Additionally, the person I was dreaming about didn’t have his hair in the way I’d normally see it. Most of my dreams—if I dream of friends/family, they’re very mundane. I guess it's like comfort food for the brain.)
