Glad to be here!
I'm nearly 16, and have had many lucid dreams in my younger years, including flying. Guess I can check that off my list...
These days I don't remember my dreams too often, but I'm working on that...
The other night I induced SP just for the fun of it, and had quick success. Since I didn't know what I was doing, I panicked and quickly awoke, but I'm trying...
Anyway, guess I'll just keep it short.

Dream recall is indeed important. If it's not good enough, you should work on it, which you are, so way to go :P. If you can easily get in to SP, you should definitely look into WILD techniques. They're very powerful once you get proficient in it and you seem to be talented. Good luck to you.

I started to keep a notebook near my bed so if I wake up I can jot down whatever I remember.
The first night I tried this I remembered nearly 3! :D
That's good progress to me.
