Hey, newbie with a quick question about light..

Hey guys i have a quick question that i have been pondering about for a while now.

Does light or light change affect your dreams or dream recall?

Reason why i ask is because at the moment i don't have any curtains or blinds on my window so when im still sleeping my room will change from darkness to daylight.

Any info and advice would be awesome, peace.

about recall i dont know. about dreaming yes it does, wat exactly i dont know. i think it would make your dream less stable because you got more sensory input from the waking world

That would make sense. I'm getting a blind put up soon anyway so will find out if it makes a difference :P
