Hello! :)
Tips:
- Start a dream journal
- Learn DEILD, its highly important in my opinion
- Practice awareness throughout the day-- if something seems odd, RC
- Browse through tutorials, and mix and match them to find a method that works for you
- Keep a notebook by your bedside, write down keywords of your dreams after you wake up for better remembering in the morning
Hello! Welcome to Dream Views. =)
A little extension on Loaf's first tip: Start a dream journal and be diligent about updating it. Keeping a dream journal is quite possibly the most important part of learning to lucid dream (unless you naturally have amazing recall). It will help with your recall, which is the first step to lucidity. ;)
Okay, Ive been writing down my dreams for the past two nights, and tried identifying recurring things. I'll have a look at DEILD and the other tutorials. Thanks x
