What is adoption? is it where you get a trainer or more experienced dreamer to take you on and help you? :?
That's essentially what the adoption program is. A more experienced member "adopts" a newer member and helps them learn to lucid dream better (and find their way around the site, if they need help).
Last I heard, though, they were going to end the adoption program in favor of the Dream Views Academy (DVA), which is more like a traditional classroom. I think you can still get adopted by contacting someone who has volunteered to adopt people (there's a thread in the Adoption forum where people who want to adopt can post), but you may also want to look into the DVA.
Last I heard, Loaf was still railing against that decision in his magazine. :P You can still ask to be adopted, it's just less... official, than it used to be.Quote:

But, yeah. Definitely look into the DVA. The classes on dream control, DILD, WILD, and beyond dreaming are open for people to sign up.
