Hey guys I'm Meraz123.I've joined the site 2 days ago.New to lucid dreaming.I'm a student living in bangldesh.I guess most of you haven't heard of this country.Super exited that some day soon will be able to have lucid dream.Hope I'll make a lot of friends here.

I have read some of the tutorials here.I am keeping a dream journal ,doing RC every time I see something odd.Hope I will have a DILD soon.I am more interested in WILD.I'll try it after I have my first DILD.What do you think is the best way to start lucid dreaming???please help.

Good good, then you are on the right track, I would say DILD is best for starters, unless you got natural SP, in which case, I would recomend WILD.

I have been recently practicing meditation,doing it 3-4 times a day.Will this help my dream recall and lucid dreaming??And also can meditation help me conquer fears of SP during WILD which I read on DV tutoria???Because I get feeling of numbness and falling from where I sit during deep meditation.Please help!!!
Just conquer the fear. Associate it early with all the great things it is the beginning of, try learning to like the oddness of it. Good luck!
