Help with recall
Hey guys, quick question before I go to school. My dream recall..well..sucks. I can normally remember one dream with not much detail, and usually a few "cut-scenes" from some other dreams. I do keep a DJ of what I can remember, when I wake up, I sit still and concentrate as hard as I can on my dreams, I get at least 7+ hours of sleep a night. So if any one has just some advice or tips, anything will help. Oh and please don't give me the "read tuts noob" routine.:cheeky:

when you wake up don't sit juste stay still and keep your eyes closed while trying to remember your dream... i found that vitamin b-50 complexe with choline and inositol really helps me to recalle more of my dream and not only more but that memory of the dream is more vivd and last for longer....
