Sleep Paralysis, New Lucid Dreamer (Help)

ok sooo, i only found this place recently after being diagnosed with sleep paralysis disorder,
i uncontrolably go into sleep paralysis, will this affect my capability of ld'ing?

i seem to be able to slightly moan or make struggling noises when im in SP, but i've never ld'ed due to this.

i was wondering if there's any techniques to control this and transform my condition into LD's?

      Thanks for the help
