Hello
Hi everyone...
I have been trying to dream lucidly for the past year or so and I have been writing a dream journal quite diligently...it's up to about 250 pages now. However, I have only been able to experience a couple lucid dreams. I am here in the hopes that your insight, experiences and overall wisdom of this fascinating world of lucid dreaming will help me attain the levels I could only dream of...

Yikes! That's quite a journal you have there! Have you done anything with it, as in terms of looking for dream signs?
Anyway, I'm glad you joined us here at DV and I hope we can be of some assistance in your LDing endeavors. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. Also, if you need anything pertaining to the site itself you can PM myself or one of the other DGs (Dream Guides) or moderators. See you around!
Sweet Lucid Dreams!

Hello & welcome SleepingHuman
Well I hope your dilligence with your journal has led to good dream recall. If that is the case you can then maybe put some of the many techniques in the tutorials to work for you.

Yes, my dream recall has been very good ever since I started the dream journal. Usually two fairly short, uncontrollable, non-lucid dreams per night. I can't wait to start using some of the techniques I've read in the tutorials...I really want to get the knack of this lucid dreaming thing.
