its a technique that only works if you go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning,(basically if you have a regular sleep schedule) it gives you a false awakening and i saw it around here ion DV but i cant for the life of me remember where it was? i think it had to do with setting a alarm a few minutes earlier than you usually wake up. causing an FA.
