      Cool Arms feeling heavy..

After reading Jeff777's Sleep Paralysis Induction Tutorial > http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=42271 < I tried to follow the instructions and I felt my arms becoming heavy. I was 'woken up' cos' my mum shouted me to come downstairs so I couldn't continue. Was my arms becoming heavy anything to do with sleep paralysis?

Yes, your brain and muscles start disconnecting, but it doesn't really happen all at once, so they first feel a little heavy, then really heavy, then you're paralized.

Ok so if I had continued doing this without being interrupted I may have entered sleep paralysis?
