Thank you for replying. I am very good at keeping a dream journal, and this morning I managed to write 3/4 of page because I remembered so much. However, I keep forgetting to do reality checks, which is a problem. As far as I can remember, 2 of the lucid dreams were just random where I managed to ask myself if I was dreaming, and the other I realized that I was dreaming because I saw a videogame which I didn't own (yet somehow I don't realize when I see flying kamikaze pigs :p). I tried DIELD last night but I jumped because I set the alarm too loud, I'm going to try again tonight with a lower volume. What is a good way of remembering reality checks and any tips on easy induction techniques? |

Well, as far as my dream signs go, I can't really find anything in common (I have about 7 entries since I only started a week ago). Since its summer, I go to sleep between 24:00 and 2:00 and wake up roughly at 10:00 to 11:00 AM. I want to avoid losing my progress, I attempted lucid dreaming about a year ago for the first time, and I was doing well, but then I stopped remembering dreams and I slowly began to forget completely. In addition, I also lost interest after failure to get anything after several weeks, so I gave up. My interest was only re-initiated once I became lucid for the first time (I had no control but it was still pretty awesome), but I want to make sure I don't start forgetting dreams again, do you have any tips on that? |

My best suggestion at this time is try and incorporate a WBTB into your sleep schedule. It should help incredibly with recall and vividness, and assist you with becoming lucid at the same time as improving your recall. |
