in lucid dreams u can do watever u want cause u control it its like a sandbox mode in your brain
Hi, welcome to Dreamviews!
WILD is basically becoming very relaxed (most people sleep for four or five hours and then wake up in the middle of the night before doing this), and not moving, so your body thinks you're asleep. Then you'll enter a dream directly from the waking state. In between the dream and waking state you will probably experience sleep paralysis.
In a lucid dream, you can do anything, literally!
ive heard sleep parlysis is scary cause lots of people think they have been abducted by aliens when they hae it first time i eard of it it scared me
WILD- Wake Inittiated Lucid Dream. It's from being awake straight into the dream.
A counterpart to this is DILD (Dream-Initiated Lucid Dream)- Which is begin in a dream and realizing you are dreaming.
There are MANY variations to the WILD technique. The "original" I'd say is sleeping for about 5 hours, getting up and doing something then lie down in bed, stay still and try and stay conscience while your body falls asleep.
In a Lucid Dream your only limits, are what you (your brain) limits itself too. Meaning If you believe you can do it, you CAN. Most new Lucid dreamer's though start off with stuff in real life. Like we're used to gravity, and being scared about certain things , and doing certain stuff like brushing your teeth but once you realize your dreaming you can morph gravity, have no-fear in anything, and you don't need to follow " manners" per say.
i just started but most my lucid dreams i relise i can do watever i want i just have a hard time doing watever i want as in i dont want to change the dream for some reason
plus i usualy only go lucid at the beggining or end of dreams
It's more or less a superstition. I mean, some people have hallucinations that involve humanoid figures, and some can hear whispering jibberish, but it's not abductions.
At least you know what sleep paralysis is. I mean, I used to get it all the time, and I didn't understand what was going on. :P
yeah but some people think there being abducted cause they get strange marks on themselves and remmeber how it happened its more of one of those weird unexplainable things
