Hey guys quick question. Is this a good "formula" for DILD's? Dream journal+RC every 45 minutes+awareness+motivation=% chance of LD?
That should do. Additionally you could take on other techniques as well. Beside inducing lucid dreams on their own, they also increase your changes for a DILD.
Mix in a Wake Back To Bed, and you'll be lucid in no time :)
I'd say all that minus the RC's every 45 mins. They could become meaningless after awhile, but that's just me. I do them whenever something weird happens. One time a chicken acually crossed the road while I was on the bus. Stuff like that.
